Come explore how utilities throughout California, Nevada and the Pacific Northwest are leveraging consumer interest in energy efficiency and renewable energy to address global climate change issues.
The Utility Energy Forum is a non-profit consortium of utility sponsors. The annual meeting provides attendees, speakers and exhibitors with a high quality, low key opportunity to exchange information and learn from the pros about the current and emerging industry issues.
The primary goal is to provide a networking and professional development forum for mid-level staff of energy utilities serving California and neighboring states who are responsible for developing and implementing customer programs related to energy efficiency, renewable energy, key account management, customer service and demand response.
Who should Attend? Utility managers, utility marketers, energy managers, energy services directors, marketing managers, key account representatives, and other interested parties who need to know about the latest trends in the re-regulated utility industry.

For 2009, the Forum is adding a "Poster Session" on Thursday afternoon. Topics may include any aspect of a utility-sponsored energy efficiency and/or renewable energy program. Poster presenters are expected to stay with their poster throughout the informal, interactive session to discuss their topic. For consideration, submit your poster session topic of 50 words or less to ethomas@utilityforum.org by Friday, January 30. The most compelling topics will be selected by the Committee, and presenters will be notified by February 13.
